Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes, we have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return the unused portion within 30 days of the purchase date and you will receive a full refund less shipping and handling or an equivalent exchange/account credit – your preference.
How do I return my order?
Contact Galileo Professional Services at 1-866-846-9228 or info@GPS-4Life.com to request a Return Authorization Number.
1. Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package(s).
2. Write your Return Authorization Number on the original packing slip and include it with your return. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include a note that lists your name, customer ID number, return authorization number and the reason for the return.
3. Return the package(s) to the appropriate address below: Galileo Professional Services, Inc. 160 NE 6th Ave Hillsboro, OR 97124-3240.
Please allow 10 business days for your package to be received by our returns department. We will process your refund in the same form of payment used for the purchase within 48-72 hours of receiving your returned product. Incomplete returns may take longer to process.
Processing time for refunds in the form of a check is approximately 30 days.
